Taking the plaster off can hurt like hell, it is true. But it hurts just for a split second, or two.
You can scream your heart out, but after a few minutes, the pain is a vague memory, and the healing begins.
Be aware of your fears, visulalize them as a real creature, name it, call them out loud, embrace them, pet them, and then put them to bed, like a baby. Talk to your fears and tell them it is all going to be all right. And then jump - off the cliff, to the deep water. Burn, your boats ,Take the plaster off – do !
